Services offered:
The caregiver will continuously attend to the comfort and well being of the patient, including the following:
- Making the bed
- Washing the patient
- Feeding the patient
- Cooking for the patient (where necessary)
- Cleaning of utensils used for cooking
- Patient’s laundry (washing & ironing)
- Cleaning the bathroom after use by patient
- Assisting with bedpan, commode and wheelchair
- Administering oxygen as required
- Turning the patient regularly if bedridden
- Prevention and treatment of bedsores
- Changing of catheter bag
- Changing of nappies
Die Tuisversorger sal voortdurend aandag skenk aan die gemak en welsynvan die Pasiënt, welke die volgende insluit:
- Opmaak van bed
- Was van eetgerei van Pasiënt
- Was van Pasiënt
- Wasgoed was en stryk van Pasiënt
- Voed van Pasiënt
- Kook vir Pasiënt (indien nodig)
- Skoonmaak van kateter sakkies
- Skoonmaak van bed en badkamer
- Hulp met bedpan, doeke, nagstoel en rolstoel
- Suurstoftoediening soos benodig (wanneer voorgeskryf deur dr)
- Omdraai van bedlêende Pasiënt
- Behandeling en voorkoming van bedsere
